We integrate advanced technologies to support forest conservation. We leverage high-resolution satellite imagery from PlanetScope and SkySat, combined with freely available data from Sentinel-2, to monitor large-scale forest areas. This data is enhanced with drone-based surveys using platforms like the DJI Matrice 300/350 RTK, equipped with LiDAR and multispectral sensors (e.g., MicaSense RedEdge, Zenmuse L2, or YellowScan), enabling highly precise ecosystem analysis.
For field verification, we use mobile field applications such as QField and ODK Collect, along with professional GPS devices like Trimble and Garmin. All data is processed using cloud computing platforms such as Google Earth Engine and CARTO, as well as GIS software including QGIS and ArcGIS Pro, to generate detailed reports and real-time early warning alerts.
We also deploy camera traps and acoustic sensors to monitor biodiversity by detecting wildlife presence and tracking animal activity. These tools enable comprehensive, transparent, and science-based forest management.
